Easy 3D is the world‘s easiest solution for wheel alignment, precisely and instantaneously. Maximum technical performance and precision is guaranteed by the Beissbarth CCD cameras and the Beissbarth reference system, which avoids fixed attachment or calibration of the sensors. A perfect combination with high repeatability of measurement results.
Easy 3D guarantees rapid performance: wheel alignment in seven minutes to printout. As the frame rate is extremely high, it is possible to measure in practically real-time. Short set-up times, quick to deploy.
Easy 3D wheel aligners represent quite literally a „one man show“. Easy and quick to operate, even without special knowledge in the field of wheel alignment – and thereby particularly economical.
 
The best technology is where quick performance is combined with extremely precise results.
All you need to mount on the wheel are wheel clamps and practical, robust measuring boards. The rest is taken care of by state-of-the-art stereocameras. Simply hook in the sensors and you are good to go!
As soon as the sensors are detected and the four plates are sighted, Easy 3D is ready for operation. The sensors can even be moved, without affecting the results.
Runout compensation is an important part of wheel balancing which can compensate for possible clamping errors, imprecise wheel clamp-ing and rims with static wheel imbalance. When using the Beissbarth universal clamps, runout compensation may be done by driving the car. Motor vibration does not affect results. It is no longer necessary for mechanics to push the vehicle back and forth.

It is neither necessary to exit the vehicle during the runout compensation, nor to move the vehicle manually. It takes just seven minutes from driving onto the lift to produce the printout.
